To Whom It May Concern:

This letter is written with whole-hearted enthusiasm for Nathan Giffin with Rhino Office Products. We have a small business in Colorado Springs and met Nathan over a year ago. He immediately treated us like VIPs, though we are probably considered a small account for him. A special treat every month is a newsletter that Nathan sends out. It is informative and personal...but I especially like it because it is funny!

Beyond the convenience of getting office products delivered to our shop the next day, having a relationship with Nathan is truly the best part of working with Rhino. For Nathan, it is not just about helping with our office supply needs, it is about service. He goes way beyond what one expects, and when we have a challenge he tries to find a solution. He is made business introductions, helped to find us a book keeper, advised us on a phone system to buy, and helped with the IT portion of installing phone lines...over a weekend! He also knew where we could get some used office furniture for a great price...FREE!

Though Nathan does not work for us, I still feel he is a member of our team. Now that is great service!
