Our Delivery Policy:
It is our policy to delivery most items NEXT DAY for FREE in the Pikes Peak region. 99.2% of our products are delivered NEXT DAY! However, orders under $100 outside of Colorado Springs will incur a small order delivery charge of $15.
The only exceptions to this policy are as follows:
- Backorder items that may take 2 - 3 days - you will receive notification of any delays.
- Special order items that take longer than one day.
- Special order items that require a freight truck or special shipping conditions that cannot be avoided (this is rare).
Our Return Policy:
Return items within 30 days after original purchase. After 30 days, if we are able to return an item to the manufacturer, there may be a restocking fee.
We stand behind our products 100%. If there is any reason we cannot accept a return, we will help you work wtih the manufacturer of the product to ensure 100% satisfaction.
Please use the return authorization below or contact our office to complete the return for you. We prefer product to be returned in resalable condition, in unopened packages without any writing on the packaging.
Exceptions:
Furniture - if furniture is damaged, it must be reported within 24 hours and returned in the original box.
Health and Food items are not returnable.
